Overseas Company Registration and Documentation

  • Bills of Sale – Any time you plan on shipping goods or receiving goods overseas it is important to ensure that your shipments are calculated properly and that they contain everything they are supposed to.
  • Licenses – Depending on the type of business that you plan on operating overseas, you might need to show proof that you have a license to operate within a certain industry.
  • Employment Contracts – When you hire employees overseas, you might need to create employment contracts to verify that even though these individuals are overseas they are still employed by your UK-based business.

These are just a few of the documents that you will likely need before company registration can begin in another country. Depending on the type of business that you plan on creating and the operations you plan on conducting there may be other necessary documents.
