    How does the fixed price service work?


    Suited to growing businesses, this service is offered on a 30 items, 60 items or 100 items of mail basis. Each item received and forwarded is deducted from your total and we invite you to renew after either 12 months has passed or you have reached your package limit.

  • Each item received and forwarded reduces the remaining items that can be forwarded for your respective package

    What is not included in either service?

    We cannot forward goods or larger parcels. It is essential that we protect the address for all customers using our service. There are people that try to order expensive goods via mailing addresses to defraud suppliers. Therefore we ask all customers to order goods directly to their physical location. We hope you appreciate that this protects the address for you.

    We do not provide a scan and email service for mail. Opening customer’s mail is not advisable as the information can be highly sensitive. In addition the process is very time consuming and would incur higher fees.

    Both of these services will be active on the day of ordering. You simply need to provide identification documents as soon as possible.
