A scan and email of items is not included in the service we provide. Some items of mail may contain sensitive information so we do not open your post. Opening items would also increase the administration and affect the time it takes to forward your mail.

The forwarding of packages or parcels is not included to protect the address for all of our customers. Virtual address services can be used to order high values goods and defraud suppliers. If you wish to order goods we request you provide your physical home address for the delivery details.

Virtual Office

The virtual office service is broken down into two separate fees. The annual London office fee is £150. There is also a mail deposit to cover the forwarding and postage fees for your items. When mail arrives in our office the post team identify your items using your unique company name. They will then add your preferred forwarding address and calculate the postage fee to post the item. The fee is then deducted from your mail deposit and added to the items so they can be forwarded to you. When your deposit has been used we will contact you to top up the balance. Our trained post team will remove and destroy any junk mail so it does not affect your postage deposit.

Fixed price mail forwarding

The London virtual office address is designed for customers who are expecting to receive over 100 items of mail each year. If your business anticipates receiving a lower amount you would benefit from using our fixed price option. This service allows you to pay a one-off fee to cover the service and postage charges up to a set number of items. With packages starting from £140 this low-cost mail service is ideal for new businesses or companies who prefer to communicate electronically and receive low volumes of post.
